Data policy
How AXIS BLUE treats operational data, evidence uploads, and access records.
Scope
AXIS BLUE operates as an external documentation layer. It is independent from any specific device, retailer system, employer tooling, or internal corporate platform. The system exists to record operational evidence and produce outputs from that evidence.
Data categories
- Visit content: notes, form inputs, and operational check information submitted by a user.
- Evidence uploads: photos and attachments captured during an allowed evidence window.
- System metadata: timestamps, basic device/browser information, and request logs for security and reliability.
- Access records: keyholder access events and related audit information when enabled.
Retention
Retention depends on operational needs, storage limits, and configured access rules. Upload windows may be restricted to control cost and prevent misuse.
Access and sharing
Access to visit-specific content may be granted through controlled accounts or controlled keys. The intent is limited sharing of specific records, not broad system access.
